Soooo much Fun!!! My wife & I were looking for something fun to do that wouldn’t take the whole day & by geez we found it, Husband & wife team Thang & Hau, picked us up from our motel, we went into a wholesale food market we hadn’t yet been to, walked around tried some different foods, Hau showed us some foods we hadn’t seen on other tours. We then headed out to their family farm, we were given poncho’s and traditional hat a “nón lá” (leaf hat) & went for a walk through the garden, trying some of the 60 various plants/foods they grow there. Then the fun really started, we got on the Quad bikes, “I would advise that you take clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy, this includes shoes”, (it was quite Wet so we had copious amounts of mud)😁, my wife and I were too hot in the ponchos so we took them off, I recommend wearing shorts 🩳, you can get away with wearing sandals/thongs 🩴easier to wash & dry (I chose to wear waterproof hiking shoes, as I was always an enclosed shoes on motorbikes kinda guy) I did have to wash and dry them afterwards (not so much fun), the quad bikes were automatic so only FWD/Neutral/REV. Thang & Hau take you around a path to make sure you are ok with riding the quad bike before heading out on the trail, along the way we stopped & Hau explained things about what was happening at various parts of the ride, when we got back we washed most of the mud off, then sat down to a beautiful BBQ lunch and were taken back to our motel. These guys also offer options to visit My Son Sanctuary or a cooking class, however we had already done this.

Great experience seeing the real Vietnam! We had a great half day experience with Hội An Off Road Park, and the most genuine “non-touristy” thing we did in Hoi An. It isn’t just ATV riding, it’s an experience in real Vietnam, seeing how people live, learning about the culture and history. Hậu and team were so friendly, welcoming and flexible and the lunch was unbelievable! To top it off, the food we had was soo good!

Best cooking school in Hoi An Brilliant cooking class. Started at a local market (regret having breakfast first as there were so many delights to try) finding ingredients for us to use and experience authentic Vietnamese life. Son Haven Farm is in a remote area between Hoi An and My Son Sanctury and has wonderful vistas and very peaceful. The food we cooked was delicious and we enjoyed doing it ourselves (although I will probably never get a job as a professional rice paper maker). We went in before the quad bikes arrived so look forward to going back to give them a go. Can't recommend this highly enough!

Best cooking class in Hoi An This organisation is really amazing. We did the cooking class, quad riding and the My Son tour. Everything was so good arranged. The host is really kind and will go the extra mile for you, just so you have the best experience ever. There english is also really good, which is a plus! The cooking class is a real cooking class. You're preparing your meal by yourself. You can chose between different options (even vegan). We also visited the market, which was a really nice experience. We discovered new local fruits, which we tried at the market. It was such a nice experience! I recommend it to everyone when visiting Hoi An.

Ho Son Haven Farm We went to the Ho Son Haven Farm with the owners. It had commenced the growing of the gardens and had seen their vision of the farm. I have since seen the dirt bikes for riding and it looks great fun. I cannot wait to see Ho Son Haven Farm when we holiday in vietnam in 2024. Beth and David mills

Authentic Vietnamese countryside family adventure I had a Vietnamazing experience in the countryside of Hoi An!! This place is beautiful and all the activities are lots of fun. I loved visiting the organic garden full of vegetables, riding the quad bike and swimming in the stream!! The family running the place is very kind and caring 😉 definitely the most authentic and special experience I had in Hoi An.

My Son, my family. My Son Haven Farm is a fun piece of paradise hidden away from all the other tourists traps. Get a slice of the real Vietnamese lifestyle and learn to make some beautiful dishes along the way. The Hosts truely made me feel a part of the family. I recommend going and going again.
